What this website does not do
There are no data entry forms on this website, no newsletter, no tracking cookies. That is why there is no cookie consent banner either.
Email enquiries
When you send us an enquiry at info (at) eurostaklo.hr, we process the details you have written yourself (name, contact details, description of the job, attachments). We use them solely to reply and to prepare a quote. We keep them for as long as the business relationship lasts and as long as the law requires (e.g. accounting regulations), and then delete them. We do not pass them on to third parties or use them for marketing.
Guardian Glass Customizer
The Build your own insulating glass unit page includes the Guardian Glass Customizer tool. It does not load by itself: only when you click “Start” does your browser connect to forms.guardianglass.com. Guardian Glass then receives technical data about your browser (such as your IP address) and your answers in the tool and your first name, last name and email address only if you want the glass recommendation sent by email, as well as your choice about receiving their marketing emails. The tool uses Google Analytics and cookies for Guardian's statistics. Guardian is part of the US-based Koch group and may transfer data to the USA. That processing is covered by the privacy policy of Guardian's parent company, Koch, Inc.: privacypolicy.kochinc.com. The tool is not loaded on any other page.
Visit counting
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to know how many visits there are, which pages are read and which countries visitors come from. The tool sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not follow you across pages or visits. The data is aggregated and cannot be linked to a person.
Technical access logs
This website is served for us by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). Cloudflare keeps technical access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and troubleshooting. The logs are kept for a short time and are not used to track visitors. Transfers of data to the USA are based on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, in which Cloudflare participates, and on standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing and to object. Send your request to info (at) eurostaklo.hr. If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
Changes
If the way the website works changes (e.g. we add a form), we will update this policy. Last updated: 11 October 2026.
